Lentiexpress is a Spanish commercial firm devoted to the sale of contact lenses, optical products and lenses cleaner solutions via internet , that belongs to lentiexpress S.L..
Contracting conditions
Placing an order in Lentiexpress.com confirms your acceptation of the buying conditions and that the requested contact lenses have been adapted by a specialist, and that you are over 18 years old. Lentiexpress.com is not responsible for the possible health problems caused by the use of contact lenses and cleaner solutions. Thus, the customer must follow all the indications included in the product information and must take into account the expiry date of each contact lens.The products marketed by this shop have associated parameters that should be adapted to each user based on his/her visual deficiency. A customer could choose a configuration that does not exist in the market and that it has not been prescribed by a specialist (optician or ophthalmologist). If a customer requested a product that did not exist, it could not be served and the customer should correct the parameters according to the specialist's prescription.
Prices Our web shows valid prices, in euros and the corresponding VAT is applied at the time of the buying, 8% or 18% depending on the product. In case the price of an order is less than 16 €, 4 € for the carriage will be charged. If the product should be sent to Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla, 4 € for the carriage will be charged. For other countries of the European Commission, charged for the carriage are 7 €.
Special Offers
If a customer buys products included in a special offer and Lentiexpress.com has run out of stock, the amount of the special offer will be refunded.
Payment and delivery conditions
Once the order is requested, the paid will be done by credit card. The time to delivery and the reception of the order in an address will depend on the availability of the chosen product and on the delivery zone, estimating a time average between 2 and 3 days, and a maximum of 15 days for sunglasses. Lentiexpress.com will never be responsible of the delays of the delivery company. The orders returned due to mistake that it is not our fault, could be sent again if the cost of the carriage is paid again. The bill will be received with the product.
Exchanges and returns
The customer will have 15 days at his/her disposal since the order reception to return the product. The stamp with the reception data will serve as a proof for the returns of untouched products that can be sent again. The contact lenses boxes that have been opened, coloured contact lenses, daily lenses, toric and multifocal lenses cannot be returned, as well as used products or wrong orders.
Privacy conditions
According to the Spanish Organic Law of Personal data Protection (LOPD) 15/1999, 13th of December, Lentiexpress inform you that all the personal data provided by the users to register in our Newsletter service will be stored in a computerised file that belongs to Lentiexpress and this data will not be provided to others unless it is needed to provide a requested service. The users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of the provided data through the section 'My account' or contacting via email to the following address: info@lentiexpress.com. Lentiexpress has taken all the levels and measures of security in order to guarantee personal data protection by installing all the means and measures needed to guarantee the confidential treatment of the data, avoiding its loss, misuse, change and access. Lentiexpress can modify these privacy conditions based on legislative requirements, regulations or with an aim of adapting these privacy conditions to the instructions given by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, thus it is recommended to the users that they visit it periodically.
